2011 Academy Awards: The Winners!

With another year's ceremony having come and gone, the 2011 Academy Awards announced the big winners during a glitzy ceremony at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday night (February 27).

Taking home the top prize of Best Picture at the Anne Hathaway and James Franco hosted event was "The King's Speech," which ended up winning a total of four Oscar trophies.

As for the actor/actress categories, the Academy bestowed Best Actress honors upon Natalie Portman for her work in "Black Swan" while Colin Firth landed Best Actor accolades for his role in "The King's Speech".

Paris Hilton had one heck of a 30th birthday, but She has fallen victim to a cake theft.

During the hotel heiress’ birthday bash in Hollywood, a party crasher that goes by the name “Paz” snuck into the fete and swiped the starlet’s $3200 cake.

Not too concerned with getting caught, “Paz” then bragged about the escapade on his Facebook page, writing, “I crashed Paris Hilton's Birthday Party and Accidentally Stole the Whole Cake.”

Marriage is tough, especially when both parties are celebrities, and Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have finalized their divorce.
According to TMZ, the “Desperate Housewives” babe and the San Antonio Spurs stud took the last steps to ending their marriage via their lawyers this past Friday.

During a recent interview, Eva told press, "The most important thing is to stay strong mentally, even if these are very difficult times."

Kristen Stewart will play Snow White?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the “Twilight” actress is being courted to play in the adaptation of the beloved fairy tale, “Snow White and the Huntsman.”

Word has it, Viggo Mortensen and Academy Award winner Charlize Theron are also reportedly being considered for the roles of the huntsman and the evil queen.

Casting for the film is well underway and Universal has been "making overtures" toward Stewart, especially during the last week.
